3. Tell us about your experiences with the Team so far. Has it been a mainly positive or mainly negative experience?
Desmodus: So far, the team has been really supportive and understanding concerning real life and personal necessities. Everybody has been extremely helpful and friendly.
Geo: Positive! Even though I took up the role of the webmaster right smack in the middle of big changes, and the move to WomenGamers, everyone was patient and worked with me in answering my questions in regards to how they were doing things on the site until I got caught up and into the swing of things, and the team is always open to any suggestions I might have for improvement!
Jah: As I'm a new member I don't have too much experience with the team just yet, but everything has been positive so far.
Jezebel: I've had a very positive experience with the team. The only negative aspects to being involved with the group are the accusations of being sexist when we are not. But we as a team know better, so we just try to ignore it and just work together to get our goals accomplished. :)
Kittenin: My experience with the team has been a positive learning experience, everyone is willing to help each other. At our weekly meetings we discuss what we've accomplished, talk about our goals for the next week, and anything we may not understand or things we may need help with.
KittyMoon: It's been a very positive experience as far as the mod team goes, unfortunately my hardware has been FAR from cooperative! I've never had the opportunity to work with the quality of materials that this team has and is producing.
MsC: Artemis has been a VERY positive experience for me - It's great to work with these ladies! My background in History and Mythology has helped the team and my "sassy" side loves the 'bot chatter and kill messages. The only negative aspect for me has been the ridicule dished out by some members of what's supposed to be a community - Artemis is a MOD team (not a "GIRL team) - with members who have the necessary skills and a team goal to produce a great mod on release day.
Ophelia: Working with the team has been great, not only have I met a great bunch of gals, and enjoyed the creative process, but I have learned a lot about the actual nitty-gritty of getting a game together; dealing with organization, juggling deadlines, finding talent to fill positions, etc. The only negative thing I can think of is the reaction of some people outside the team who don't like/understand us. Standing up to be noticed apparently also makes you a good target.
SuperGirl: The project for me personally has been very gratifying, to work with a great team as well as present the work to the community and get positive feedback is also very rewarding.
Kornelia: The team consists of dedicated and talented girls who are working hard to make a really good, fun mod that will be enjoyed by a lot of players in the gaming community.
