EA Targets Women With New Venture

Postby Atari on Thu Mar 01, 2007 4:59 pm

The game publisher known primarily for its sports titles teams up with iVillage to persuade women to enter the world of gaming. Wired has the story.

EA is hoping its new alliance with iVillage will help bridge the gender gaming gap. EA's successful casual games portal, Pogo.com, will be the exclusive supplier of gaming content to iVillage's 16 million members. That is a heck of a lot of Word Whomp.
