Fiona Cherbak has posted an article on Next Generation regarding the recent Women in Games International event in Savannah, GA.
Michael Woods of Vermont, a third year modeling/game design student with aspirations to work for Epic, was equally impressed. "I don’t want to feel like I'm part of a factory, another cog in the wheel...I want to get to know my team members and see what I've contributed to, rather than work for a huge team and model one asset. I’ve heard rumors about managers being sticklers, so it's refreshing to hear business leaders place emphasis on family and quality of life."
WTOC11 also reported on the conference.
