Bejeweled creator Jason Kapalka gives his take on some of the most addictive puzzlers ever made and why we can't quit playing them. Wired has the story.

"People compare Bejeweled to Tetris, but this [Solitaire] is the real analog. Solitaire is a game in which skill isn't a factor. You're lucky or you aren't, and it just goes on and on until you're out of moves. Yet it doesn't feel completely random."
