Hearts
Developer: Dave
Mayes
A basic version of Hearts. Mayes is honest in his statement
that "the Pilot's strategy is not extremely challenging
to a good Hearts player." I'm sure my friend Theresa,
who's quite the Hearts shark, would probably be bored
to tears. For the rest of us, however, this is a nice
enough version to pass the time. It is a bit too easy
to "shoot the moon," but for idling away a few minutes
in the airport terminal, it does just fine.

Patience
2.5.2
Developer: Keith
Packard
You cannot beat the value on this game. Fifteen, count
'em, fifteen card games, free in one Palm app. Aces
High, Golf, Vegas, Canfield, Klondike, Wish, Calculation,
Spider, Free Cell and more. Full-featured: includes
hints and rules and autoplay for every game.

Pyramid
Solitaire
Developer: Seahorse
Software
A really nice little solitaire game. The developer put
some thought into this. There's a high score board,
a record of your statistics (games played versus wins
and losses), and even a web
site where you can pit your high scores against
those of other champions to have them recorded for posterity.
Also available in color.

Gin
Rummy
Developer: Tan
Kok Mun, $12.00
Unregistered version allows 30 uses before inserting
a delay before users are allowed to hit the OK button.
I liked this, but the interface took a bit of getting
used to. Additionally, there's no option allowing for
human vs. human mode, but that's a minor criticism.
Quite a few features, I'd like to see a better-written
Help in a future version. Decent adaptation of the card
game. Not fancy or sparkly, but decent.
